  22. No, seriously I vote for b) ..... sort of.

  24. I know the deletion of an entire text because of ^A is a stupid situation
  25. but it's NOT to do with the Standard interface we are trying to decide, 
  26. more to do with a strange Unix/Windoz type thing which some programmers
  27. (eg. Atari Works) appear to have implemented. I personally don't like the 
  28. way a block is deleted when one character is typed but thing if an UNDO 
  29. function was there there'd be no real problems. Maybe the addition of
  30. a toggle to stop this deletion or even the use of ^A could be added to 
  31. programs to please all those who feel it is enough of a reason to completely
  32. remove a keyboard short-cut.

  34. The thing from UNIX X-Windows I really want to see on the atari is the amazing
  35. block cut & paste options where the right mouse button pastes the block marked 
  36. with the left mouse. A double click marks a word and a treble click an entire
  37. line. (I think Let 'Em Fly has a implemented a bit of this with the clipboard
  38. cut and paste option)
